We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Services Associate to join our team. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and support in the debt markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Services: Provide specialized client support and guidance on investment-related queries.
  • Client Onboarding/AML: Onboard new clients and maintain existing client records in accordance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.
  • Perform day-to-day functions, including monitoring client requests and resolving queries within SLAs.
  • Compliance: Operate the business in compliance with regulations, policies, and service agreements.
  • Participate in internal business projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert and contributor.

Requirements:

  • Attained degree in Commerce field required.
  • Experience profile ranging between fresh graduates and 3 years' experience, ideally in client services/client account management.
  • Significant understanding and/or experience in money markets and broader debt markets dynamics, workings, and regulatory standards highly desirable.
  • Strong time management skills with ability to work under pressure and manage several initiatives simultaneously.
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer literacy in MS Office and CRM solutions desirable.
  • Professional communication and personal skills are a must; very strong written and verbal communication with a high level of attention to detail.
