Corporate Tax Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead our corporate tax team in Sydney.

Your Role
  • Collaborate with leadership to manage taxation services for corporate clients, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Deliver corporate taxation advisory and compliance services, providing strategic guidance to clients.
  • Lead and mentor the team, fostering a positive team culture and career development.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Oversee day-to-day operations, including corporate income tax compliance and preparation of income tax returns.
  2. Support senior team members in complex tax engagements, including ATO risk reviews and audits.
  3. Lead and mentor junior members, contributing to a high-performing team culture.
Requirements
  • 6-10 years of professional experience in taxation or a related field, with a strong understanding of the Australian taxation system.
  • Detailed knowledge of taxation laws and regulations, as well as a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to lead direct client engagements, building strong relationships with clients.
  • CA qualification or equivalent, or postgraduate studies in taxation, demonstrating expertise in taxation.
