Job Opportunity:

A strategic Financial Leadership position has become available for an accomplished professional to oversee financial oversight across multiple entities, encompassing cash flow management, financial reporting, compliance, investment monitoring, and operational improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial control for both private mortgage lending and a private family office.
  • Oversee the efficient administration of cash flow, financial reporting, treasury functions, compliance, investment monitoring, and operational enhancements across multiple entities.
  • Collaborate closely with the bookkeeper, accountant, external advisors, and other stakeholders to ensure all financial matters are handled professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar financial leadership role is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles.
  • Experience in preparing financial accounts and liaising with accountants.
  • Ability to monitor cash balances across entities and banks.
  • Experience managing third-party IT and software systems.
  • Knowledge of tax strategy, asset structuring, and regulatory considerations.
