Job Title">

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the growth and uninterrupted flow of donations made to our non-profit partners at our Sydney stores.

This key role will drive an exceptional instore experience that makes each Savers store the local donation center of choice.

To succeed in this role, you will possess a mix of skills and qualities including:

  • A degree in marketing, sales, or business, or equivalent experience
  • Takes ownership and accountability for your work, ensuring the highest standards in the Sydney donation experience

  1. Coaching our team members to deliver an outstanding donation experience for our donors
  2. Networking within the local community to grow our donor base and raise awareness about our donation centers
  3. Promoting the work of our charity partners
  4. Embodying our purpose to Champion Reuse
  5. Sharing the Savers story
  6. Supporting our safety culture
