Job Description

The role of Accommodation Receptionist is a critical component of our team's operations. As the first point of contact for guests and visitors, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, orientating guests to site facilities, and informing them of services available.

You will be the primary point of contact for all incoming phone calls, responding professionally and empathetically to queries and requests. Additionally, you will be responsible for booking guest accommodation, processing arrivals, departures, and preparing guest accounts using booking software (RMS).

Furthermore, you will administer state travel subsidy schemes, including responding to guest queries and processing payments.

This role requires flexibility to work various rostered shifts, including early mornings, late evenings, and weekends. You must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
