Ventia seeks an experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to oversee the implementation of quality management plans across multiple work fronts. This role involves ensuring service excellence, collaborating with subcontractors and project managers to develop and implement Health, Safety, Environment & Quality (HSEQ) protocols.
About the RoleThis is a high-profile project with significant global impact, requiring technical innovation and international collaboration. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Reviewing QA documents from subcontractors to ensure compliance with required specifications.
- Conducting quality inspections and contributing to maintaining Ventia's internal audit schedule.
- Raising non-conformances and overseeing corrective actions through the NCM process.
- Developing Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) and checklists.
- Gathering data for process optimisation and developing procedures and reports.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience as a Quality Advisor in major construction projects.
- Experience with Mechanical or Structural Fabrication.
- A proven ability to research information and find solutions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Relevant qualifications in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
