Caregiver for Individuals with Disabilities

We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as a Disability Support Worker. In this role, you will provide support and care to individuals with disabilities in their homes and communities.
Job Description
As a Disability Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing daily living support to clients, including assistance with mobility, personal care, and accessing the community. You will also work closely with clients to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet their unique needs and goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum Cert III in a related qualification
- At least 2 years' experience working with clients with physical disabilities, hoisting and transfers
- Knowledge and competency in enteral feeding, dysphagia management, mealtime preparation and delivery, sensory/acquired brain injury, complex behaviours, mental health and intellectual disability
- Ability to work with digital rostering and CRM systems
