Caregiver for Individuals with Disabilities

This role is designed to provide high-quality, person-centered care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:- Personal Support Services:
- Assist participants with daily living tasks such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Administer medication as per the participant's care plan and training.
- Community Engagement and Access:
- Accompany participants to appointments, recreational activities, and community events.
- Support participants in building social connections and engaging in meaningful activities.
- Household Assistance:
- Help with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Assist participants in managing daily routines and household tasks.
- Transportation:
- Safely transport participants to various locations using your own vehicle or company-provided transport (if applicable).
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and progress.
- Communicate effectively with participants, their families, and other stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in supporting individuals with disabilities. This role requires flexibility, patience, and a commitment to providing exceptional care and support.
