About the Role

We're seeking a Safety Lead to spearhead our safety transformation agenda across our vibrant manufacturing, logistics, and branch network in Australia. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for driving safety excellence and leading impactful initiatives to empower our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement safety strategies to reduce risks and improve performance
  • Lead safety training and coaching programs to enhance employee knowledge and skills
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate safety hazards
  • Analyze safety data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Develop and maintain safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Strong demonstrated experience in safety management roles, specifically with manufacturing, logistics, and retail environments
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including prioritization, task management, and timely delivery
  • Diploma or equivalent in Work Health and Safety, or a related field
