Night Shift Supervisor Opportunity

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Night Shift Supervisor to lead our team during nighttime operations. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of nightly tasks and providing exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough audits to verify accuracy and completeness of all financial transactions.
  • Oversee night shift operations, including guest check-ins and check-outs, to ensure seamless transitions.
  • Verify the accuracy of guest accounts and prepare detailed reports to inform management decisions.
  • Ensure the security and safety of premises during night shifts by implementing effective protocols.
  • Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records to support operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with other departments for seamless communication and coordination between shifts.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service/operations role with supervisory responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and colleagues.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems to perform various tasks efficiently.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience and skills to motivate and direct team members.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including conflict resolution, to deliver a positive experience.
