Key Responsibilities
  • Sustaining reliable operations of Information and Operational Technology infrastructure
  • Coordinating maintenance and support activities for existing and new technology systems
  • Leading day-to-day operations of the Technology Operations team, ensuring system availability and reliability, managing technology vendors, and implementing new technologies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Expanding infrastructure capacity, strengthening cybersecurity measures, and adopting best technology operations practices
