The successful candidate will manage and facilitate community outreach while actively participating in strategies to transform organisational culture in the domains of diversity and inclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on diversity and inclusion matters
  • Contribute to the development of organisational policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of social justice, diversity and inclusion principles
  • Demonstrated knowledge and capacity to support workforce diversity and inclusion initiatives
