The Senior Technical Officer plays a pivotal role within the Clinical Engineering department, reporting directly to the Biomedical Services Manager.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in the supervision, training, and support of Biomedical Technicians.
  • Participating in acceptance testing, calibration, maintenance, repair, development, education, record keeping, and consultation regarding medical technology used within the organization.
