Operational Compliance Manager

This role will lead the day-to-day operations of a team responsible for compliance-related activities and projects across gaming, racing wagering, and casino sectors to support regulatory objectives.

About You: Effectively manage diverse issues, activities, and stakeholders while balancing competing priorities and sensitive work nature. Continually build team capability, ensuring quality and consistency of compliance-related activities while managing complex tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations of a team of compliance professionals
  • Coordinate strategic, targeted, and risk-based audits and compliance activities
  • Balance work volume and quality with limited resources

Requirements: Appointment and ongoing probity screening to meet integrity standards. Willingness to meet shift-work requirements and hold a current Class C Driver License.
