  • You'll support senior leaders on high-impact projects that drive business growth and transform the airline industry.
  • Contribute to developing our strategy and positioning to maintain a competitive edge and enhance guest value.
  • Deliver data-driven insights to inform short-term, medium-term, and long-term business decisions.
  • Analyze airline operating economics to evaluate strategic opportunities and inform business decisions.
  • Monitor key performance metrics to assess progress against strategic goals and commercial success.
  • Presentation skills are essential; you'll need to communicate complex ideas effectively to stakeholders across the organization.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
  • A bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Engineering, or Statistics (postgraduate qualifications like CFA or CPA are a bonus)
  • 2–4 years of experience in a Strategy role, preferably in Management Consulting or an in-house Strategy setting
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in Excel and data tools
  • A commercial mindset and structured approach to solving business challenges
  • Clear communication and presentation skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas into actionable insights
  • An interest in aviation economics, loyalty programs, and the broader travel industry landscape
