About the Role

This is a critical opportunity to influence organisational practice, strengthen cultural capability across the organisation, and ensure programs and services are inclusive, respectful, and responsive to First Nations peoples.

To achieve this, you will lead the development, implementation, and review of initiatives and workplans in partnership with leadership teams, representing the organisation in relevant networks and chairing groups as required.

You will also provide cultural supervision to First Nations staff and cultural case consultation and support to non-First Nations staff to build cultural capability.

Additionally, you will develop and deliver cultural fitness training across the organisation, contributing to training content and evaluating its effectiveness.

Furthermore, you will analyse and interpret client and program data to ensure evidence-based practices that improve outcomes for First Nations clients.

Finally, you will review organisational practice and supervision materials to ensure they are evidence-informed, inclusive, and culturally appropriate.
