Employee Relations Advisor

We are seeking a skilled Employee Relations Advisor to join our team at HR Partners. As a key member of our HR team, you will play a vital role in building positive relationships in the workplace and supporting employees in their journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice and support on employee relations matters, ensuring a fair and consistent approach.
  • Investigate employee concerns and workplace disputes, working closely with managers and HR partners to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with the management team to promote positive employee engagement initiatives and drive company culture and morale.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and local labour laws in all employee matters.
  • Conduct exit interviews and analyse feedback to develop action plans to improve retention.
  • Provide coaching to managers and employees on conflict resolution and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Employee Relations, preferably with strong experience in labour laws and employee relations practices.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport across all levels of the organisation.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills with great attention to detail.
