This role is perfect for someone who has a strong background in mechanical or electrical trades, with experience in a fast-paced environment. You will have the opportunity to work closely with our production team to identify areas for improvement and implement sustainable solutions.

About the Role:

  • Oversee the daily activities of the maintenance staff, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Coordinate daily workloads, prioritize tasks, and ensure the team meets operational goals.
  • Liaise with external contractors and equipment SMEs to execute planned maintenance activities.
  • Identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations.
  • Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability.

About You:

  • You have a Mechanical Trade Qualification or equivalent.
  • You have a Grade Electrical Licence or demonstrated experience in a FMCG Maintenance role.
  • You have proven coaching and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are able to manage multiple priorities and communicate with various internal stakeholders.
  • You have the ability to build team engagement.
