Our company is seeking a skilled IT support specialist to join our team. As a first-line point of contact for end-users, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will have the following key responsibilities:

  • Providing support for Windows devices, Microsoft 365 apps, VPN, Wi-Fi, and general network access.
  • Troubleshooting problems with hardware, software, and network connectivity.
  • Installing, configuring, and maintaining IT equipment, including laptops, monitors, peripherals, mobile devices, printers, and video conferencing systems.
  • Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, including provisioning accounts, configuring devices, and granting platform access.
  • Building and reimaging laptops, installing standard applications, and performing custom setup tasks as needed.
  • Managing user access to business systems and internal platforms, and maintaining accurate records of devices, accounts, and entitlements.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
  • Prior experience in an IT support environment is advantageous but not required.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 apps and basic troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11, network connectivity, and common peripherals.
  • Exposure to user account management in Active Directory or Azure AD.
  • An understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals, including MFA and secure data handling.
  • Basic scripting knowledge or willingness to learn.
  • A reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills.
