Red Team Security Specialist

Join our dynamic team as a Principal Offensive Security Engineer, where you will play a crucial role in shaping our internal Red Team. This position offers flexible working arrangements across various locations, fostering a highly collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the design and execution of Red and Purple Team operations, including penetration testing and ethical hacking initiatives targeting our production systems.
- Analyze intricate technology architectures to uncover vulnerabilities and potential exploitation opportunities using real-world adversarial tactics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance security strategies, share insights, and achieve objectives that strengthen our overall security posture.
- Effectively communicate complex technical and operational information to diverse stakeholders, ensuring clarity without necessitating long-term management of findings.
- Innovatively craft and implement sophisticated attack scenarios against target systems, adhering strictly to established rules of engagement.
- Stay abreast of emerging threats, attack methodologies, and advancements in offensive security to bolster the organization's defense mechanisms.
- Utilize a wide array of technology skills, including system administration, infrastructure, architecture, database management, programming, cloud, and networking, to support offensive security initiatives.
- Mandatory OSCP (Offensive Security Certified Professional) or OSCE (Offensive Security Certified Expert) certification.
- Advanced knowledge and practical application of the MITRE ATT&CK and CORIE frameworks.
- Experience in offensive security roles within large enterprises, defense, or federal government agencies.
- Proven ability to explore and exploit diverse technical architectures and develop exploits for common software and architecture constructs.
- Capability to design and develop automated exploitation tools or effectively operate third-party equivalents.
- Proficiency in coding and scripting languages such as Python, Perl, Bash, Java, C#, and C/C++.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills combined with the ability to contribute to strategic perspectives and translate them into tactical actions.
