We are seeking Senior HVAC/Air Conditioning & Appliances Technicians for Sydney.

About the Role:

This role involves accurately servicing faults, providing maintenance, and measuring product service data. You will also support our Customer Service Technicians in ensuring faults are serviced accurately, as well as supporting our Dealer and Authorised Service Centre network with training on service and installation.

You will develop and maintain superior product knowledge through various training media, service manuals, and training sessions. Infield supervision of Technicians and Apprentices may be required, and you will identify suggested improvements and share them with relevant stakeholders.

You must ensure that all activities performed in the customer experience service operation comply with country, state, and federal regulations and laws governing business.

Maintaining and managing van stock of spare parts inventory is also an essential aspect of this role.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated domestic and commercial HVAC experience, fostering a culture of action learning and performance through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Refrigeration Mechanical – Certificate III, ARCtick Licence, and an Electrical Practicing Licence for the state.
  • A valid and clean driver licence.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • A proven track record in delivering exemplary customer service experience in the HVAC space.
  • A self-motivated, positive, friendly, and approachable nature.
