Brandt is a leading equipment dealer seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Administrator to join our Ballarat Head Office Branch. As an Inventory Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Branches when new units arrive, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Centrally receipt all wholegoods supplier invoices and manage statuses in the Dealer Business Systems
  • Liaise with internal staff and external suppliers relating to the receipting process
  • Assist the Inventory Team with keeping stock unit records up to date
  • Promote a respectful, safe, and accountable workplace consistent with the organization's values, policies, and culture
  • Perform other duties as assigned

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Administration experience preferred but not essential
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Knowledge of agricultural equipment preferred
  • Medium Excel skills essential
  • High level of attention to detail and strong work ethic
