About the Role

This is a key position within our team, responsible for delivering high-quality care and education to our clients. The successful candidate will work closely with care staff to ensure that care is delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with clients and staff to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Assist residents with daily care needs and provide support to care staff
  • Coordinate and facilitate education programs to build capacity within the team
  • Promote the rights and privacy of our clients, in accordance with relevant policies and legislation
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our service, ensuring it meets the highest standards of care and quality
Requirements
  • Certificate 4 in Aged Care, with demonstrated care experience
  • Good understanding of Aged Care Standards and policies
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to document electronically
  • Experience in coordinating and delivering education programs
  • Good understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and risk management practices
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous experience in coaching and quality systems management
  • Current First Aid certificate
