Strategic Crypto Growth Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Institutional Partnership Development: Develop and execute institutional partnership strategies, structure and negotiate complex business arrangements, build relationships with key financial institutions and service providers, identify new market opportunities and expansion areas.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct thorough market analysis and provide actionable insights to inform our institutional growth strategy.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with product and compliance teams to ensure solution fit, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and foster a collaborative culture within the organization.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in financial sales.
  • 1 year of crypto markets experience (deep understanding of institutional blockchain solutions, custody, and trading infrastructure).
  • A Growth Mindset - you can identify opportunities, build relationships, and structure complex deals.
  • Proven track record of securing institutional partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of cryptocurrency regulations, compliance frameworks, and institutional requirements.
