Job Description:

As a WHS Consultant, you'll be part of a dynamic team delivering strategic Health, Safety, and Wellbeing services to a broad range of clients across various industries. Your primary role will be to work with diverse clients, developing innovative solutions that promote safety and wellbeing in the workplace.

You will conduct onsite visits to assess risk and provide tailored recommendations, reviewing and analyzing WHS management systems to identify areas for improvement. Your expertise will drive positive change and improve outcomes for clients.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both written and oral, and be able to work independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently and adapting to new technology and online systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to promote safety and wellbeing
  • Conduct onsite visits to assess risk and provide tailored recommendations
  • Review and analyze WHS management systems to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other professionals on key client projects

Requirements:

  • Certificate 4 or Diploma in WHS
  • Solid understanding of WHS legislation and risk management
  • 1-2 years' experience in a dedicated WHS role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
