**Qualifications and Skills**
- Diploma or higher in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
- Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Proven experience in educational planning, documentation, and reflective practice
- Strong communication, mentoring, and leadership skills
- Experience with KindyHub is an advantage

**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of high-quality, holistic educational programs for children aged birth to six
- Inspire and mentor educators to deliver innovative and engaging learning experiences
- Ensure each child's interests, abilities, and culture are recognized and nurtured
- Facilitate planning meetings and support educators in documenting children's learning and development
- Work collaboratively with your team to create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
- Actively participate in the Centre's Quality Improvement Plan, driving continuous improvement
- Lead reflective practice across the team to enhance teaching strategies and outcomes
- Build strong partnerships with families and the broader community

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.62 - $39.91 per hour
