About the Role

The Centre Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Centre, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities include mentoring and supporting staff to meet/exceed National Quality Standards, creating connections with the local community through partnerships with families, and utilizing marketing skills to strategically increase occupancy.

This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on a small centre with a team of dedicated educators.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will require a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification, strong experience in a Centre Manager role, a current Working with Children's Check, and a proven track record of achieving targets and meeting safety and compliance standards.
