Role Overview

As an Educational Leader with Goodstart Early Learning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the educational experience for young children.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Educators to design and implement high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children.

• Develop and deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, ensuring seamless application of the Early Years Learning Framework.

• Work closely with the centre leadership team to drive transformative changes and promote excellence in educational practice.

• Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the centre.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.

• Current VIC Working with Children Check or VIT Registration.
