Hipages Group, a leading company in Australia's digital landscape, is seeking an ambitious sales professional to join its high-energy new business team. As a New Business Sales Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company's customer base and driving revenue growth.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking organization that is committed to innovation and excellence. You will be responsible for sourcing and acquiring new customers through outbound calls, leveraging your exceptional sales and negotiation skills to close deals and meet revenue targets.

Your key objectives will include:

• Identifying and qualifying potential customers via phone-based outreach efforts

• Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and presenting the benefits of Hipages Group's services

• Meeting daily targets for activity and revenue, including making at least 80 dials and 2.5 hours of talk time per day

• Achieving weekly and monthly incentives by consistently hitting sales targets

Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A proven track record of success in sales or business development, with a strong focus on meeting targets and achieving results

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a talent for turning challenges into opportunities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with experience in data entry and management
