Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Service Operations Analyst to join our IT Operations team at The Star Entertainment Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing 24x7 enterprise monitoring across our properties and key business systems, applications, and services to ensure maximum uptime.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform planned/scheduled tasks as part of change requests, including monthly patching of servers, stopping/starting of services, and troubleshooting.
  • Provide first and second-level support and guidance to resolve incidents at first contact.
  • Maintain quality standards and service level commitments according to business requirements and expectations.
  • Proactively monitor and correctly use the Service-Now tool to manage incidents, changes, and requests.
Requirements
  • Strong customer service focus with a realistic viewpoint on timeframes and limitations of the environment.
  • Demonstrated experience in the support of high-performing and highly available systems is desired.
  • An IT degree is desired but not essential.

You are a driven IT professional who exercises substantial personal responsibility and autonomy by planning your own work to meet given objectives and processes. You have strong mentorship skills and lead by example to create a positive environment within your team. You possess a strong work ethic, understand the importance of accountability, and have superb written and verbal communication skills.
