We are seeking a skilled Senior Service Operations Analyst to join our team, reporting to the Service Operations Manager. As a key member of the team, you will apply your knowledge of job skills, company policies, and procedures to complete a wide range of assignments and tasks.

This is a fantastic opportunity to provide 24x7 enterprise monitoring across our properties and key business systems, applications, and services to ensure maximum uptime.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Successfully performing planned/scheduled tasks as part of change requests, such as monthly patching of servers, stopping/starting of services, and troubleshooting.
  • Providing first and second-level support and guidance to resolve incidents at first contact.
  • Maintaining quality standards and service level commitments according to business requirements and expectations.
  • Proactively monitoring and correctly using the Service-Now tool to manage incidents, changes, and requests.

We are looking for a candidate with a strong customer service focus, who can work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A demonstrated experience in supporting high-performing and highly available systems is desired, but not essential.
