Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Service Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our IT operations team, you will be responsible for providing 24x7 enterprise monitoring across our properties and key business systems, applications, and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform planned/scheduled tasks as part of change requests, including monthly patching of servers, stopping/starting of services, and troubleshooting.
- Provide first and second-level support and guidance to resolve incidents at first contact.
- Maintain quality standards and service level commitments according to business requirements and expectations.
- Proactively monitor and correctly use the Service-Now tool to manage incidents, changes, and requests.
Requirements
- Strong customer service focus with a realistic viewpoint on timeframes and limitations of environment.
- Demonstrated experience in the support of high-performing and highly available systems is desired.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- An IT degree is desired but not essential.
