About the Role

As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to trainees and clients across various locations in the Bowen Basin.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor trainee progression and maintain accurate employee records and systems.
  • Administer the traineeship life cycle from enrolment to completion, including funding applications and management.
  • Attend client or government meetings as required via Teams or in person.
  • Visit client sites and business locations across the Bowen Basin (approx. 1-2 days per month) using a company pool vehicle.
  • Provide regular reporting on trainee progression.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Scheduler to schedule trainee training as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Maintain partnerships with government, educational, and other organisations to support training programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Highly organised and efficient individual with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with people at all levels.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong networking skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
