Take on a challenging role in our operations team as a Senior Warehouse and Supply Chain Supervisor.

You will be responsible for overseeing daily inventory operations and stock control, ensuring seamless stock flow, operational efficiency, and compliance.

This involves leading the charge in managing goods-in, digital inventory records, safety standards, and critical control point (CCP) checks. You will also work closely with production, procurement, and management teams to maintain accurate inventory levels, manage staff timesheets, and report on operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage quality assurance inspections of all incoming materials, ensuring products meet required standards.
  • Oversee daily cycle counts, weekly digital stocktakes, and investigate stock discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Process purchase orders, delivery dockets, and reconcile supplier accounts.
  • Coordinate with procurement and packaging teams to manage SKU rotation, stock availability, and report on holdings and shorts.
  • Ensure accurate receival, labeling, and inventory management of all products through internal systems.
  • Lead, train, and support warehouse and supply chain staff to maintain high operational and safety standards.
  • Oversee CCP1 checks, area inspections, safety conversations, and toolbox talks to uphold compliance.
  • Manage documentation and processing of wastage and destruction of branded packaging.

Requirements:

  • Relevant qualifications in logistics, supply chain, warehousing, or a related field.
  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and investigation skills.
  • Knowledge of logistics, warehouse management, or manufacturing software and inventory control systems.
  • Safety training or certifications, or a strong focus on hazard and incident management.
  • Experience leading a team or coordinating across departments to meet operational goals.
