We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Team Leader to oversee the efficient coordination of our warehouse operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all inventory is accurately received, stored, and distributed in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Direction: Provide guidance and support to team members as needed, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Outbound Operations: Coordinate the picking, packing, quality checking, dispatch, freight tracking, and loading of freight vehicles to ensure seamless delivery of goods.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee the inspection of parts, packaging, and order fulfillment prior to dispatch to guarantee exceptional quality standards.
  • Inventory Management: Manage computer systems to track freight, orders, and inventory, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and other web-based programs is required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to take initiative, solve problems, and work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Teamwork and Independence: Adept at working efficiently both in a team environment and independently within required timeframes.
