Warehouse Operations Manager

This is a unique chance to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced eCommerce environment. As Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing the warehouse team, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and implementing best practices.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the warehouse team to achieve set goals and objectives.
- Develop and enforce robust WHS procedures and protocols.
- Pick and pack daily orders for dispatch, ensuring timely delivery.
- Conduct regular stock counts and stocktakes to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive business growth.
- Operate a forklift as required to support warehouse operations.
- Proven experience in a warehouse leadership role, including team management.
- WHS expertise and knowledge of compliance regulations.
- Experience in warehouse operations, including pick and pack or dispatch processes.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships.
- Good attitude, work ethic, and reliability.
- Forklift license and certification.
