Talent Acquisition Manager

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Urban Utilities. As a key member of our People Services team, you will be responsible for developing and delivering our Urban Utilities brand through multiple stages of the employee life cycle, including employer brand and employee value proposition, talent attraction and acquisition strategies that lead to great outcomes for our people.
Key Responsibilities- Manage an established, high-performing Talent Team who are passionate about delivering a great people experience and supporting the delivery of critical business outcomes.
- Develop and deliver talent attraction and acquisition strategies that lead to great outcomes for our people.
- Partner with senior leaders to proactively assess future talent needs based on strategic goals, industry trends, and workforce planning data.
- Identify business-critical roles and support the proactive pipelining of exceptional candidates through diverse sourcing channels and platforms.
- Provide guidance on modern recruitment processes and talent initiatives.
- Enhance talent attraction policies, procedures, systems, and tools across the organisation.
- Establish mechanisms to report and track recruitment effectiveness, including baseline performance metrics and opportunities for improvement.
- Extensive experience managing full-cycle recruitment across a diverse workforce.
- Demonstrated experience leading and coaching a Talent Acquisition team.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, comfortable navigating organisational dynamics and ability to work with ambiguity.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience leveraging existing and emerging technologies to drive recruitment efforts.
