About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a people management professional to make a significant contribution to the business. The successful candidate will have relevant tertiary qualifications, current knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and Legislation, as well as demonstrable capability in employee relations case management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely advice on HR practices and employment matters to stakeholders
  • Interpret and implement HR policies, undertake investigations and disciplinary issues, and partner with the Workplace Health & Safety team
  • Contribute to the development of strategic workforce plans and maintain a positive working relationship with union representatives

Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Employment Law, Human Resources, or related discipline
  • Current knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and Legislation
  • Demonstrable capability in employee relations case management
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes with stakeholders through effective consultancy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
