- **The Role**_

As a Marketing Graduate, you will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in implementing and executing marketing campaigns and initiatives that align with the overall company strategy. You will work closely with other departments to ensure that all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
- **What is expected of You**_

Coordinate and execute various marketing activities, such as events, sponsorships, and promotions.

Conduct market research and analyze data to inform marketing strategies and campaigns.

Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing recommendations for improvement.

Assist in the management of marketing budgets and expenses.

Support the development and maintenance of marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and sales materials.

Assist in the coordination of internal and external communication activities.

Manage relationships with external vendors and partners, such as printers and graphic designers.
- **What you need to bring to the Table**_

Minimum Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.

Able to Demonstrate strong project management skills and the ability to work to deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and marketing automation tools.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage.

Experience in event planning and management would be highly desirable.
