Account Services Officer – ACCS

This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance team as an Account Services Officer – Additional Child Care Subsidy (ACCS). The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring children and families receive the support they're entitled to.

The primary function of this role is to administer Additional Childcare Subsidy and manage the Early Learning Fund, with a focus on accuracy, care, and reducing administrative burdens for our centres.

As an Account Services Officer – ACCS, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end processes for ACCS – Child Wellbeing claims, supporting all other ACCS types, and ensuring compliance with CCS / ACCS legislation and internal policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end processes for ACCS – Child Wellbeing claims
  • Support all other ACCS types
  • Ensure compliance with CCS / ACCS legislation and internal policies
Requirements:
  • Outstanding customer service and communication skills
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • A passion for supporting families and children
  • Experience with child care management systems (desirable)
  • Previous early learning industry knowledge or experience (desirable)
