  • Develop and execute audit strategies, consulting with senior managers and partners.
  • Effectively manage audit processes, considering risk issues and technical accounting matters.
  • Lead fieldwork on clients' sites, collaborating with other departments for seamless delivery.
  • Utilize knowledge of accounting frameworks (IFRS) and financial reporting matters.
Requirements:
  • Degree and/or progress towards/completion of recognized accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in delivering external audits and assurance engagements.
  • Experience leading planning, execution, and reporting on audits.
  • Strong relationships with clients, addressing concerns and providing value-added recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a collaborative management approach.
