Job Title: Assurance & SDP Manager

We are seeking a dedicated professional to oversee the implementation of contract audit methodologies, ensuring the procurement and compliance of Service Delivery Partners (SDPs). The successful candidate will play a key role in mitigating risks and enhancing quality assurance within our organization.

The purpose of this function is to set audit targets aligned to the Quality Management Plan (QMP) and conduct audits that maintain high standards of service delivery. To achieve this, we require an individual with extensive management-level experience within the facilities industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of the Quality Audit team function
  • Implementation of contract audit methodologies
  • Setting audit targets aligned to the QMP
  • Conducting audits to mitigate risks and enhance quality assurance

Requirements:

  • Australian citizenship and willingness to be sponsored for government security and employment clearances
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or auditing desirable
  • Certification in auditing (e.g., CIA, CISA, CPA) highly desirable
  • Extensive management level experience within the facilities industry
  • Proven experience in procurement, compliance, and audit management, preferably in a government contracting environment
  • Strong understanding of contract management principles, regulations, and industry standards
