Job Title: Strategic Leader for Audit Excellence

Job Description

We are seeking a visionary professional to lead our audit excellence initiatives, driving innovation and advancement of audit practices while protecting value through delivery of the Quality Assurance Improvement Program.

The successful candidate will create value by driving enterprise-wide outcomes, influencing stakeholders, and fostering a positive team culture of continuous improvement.

Our Group Audit and Assurance team provides independent and objective assurance of the effectiveness of the Groups risk management, controls, and governance processes.

As a Strategic Leader for Audit Excellence, you will work closely with leadership teams to ensure Audit Methodology is effectively improved, adopted, and embedded. Additionally, you will develop and implement strategies to enhance maturity across process, technology, and technical capability.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and commercial skills, with demonstrated ability to draw insights from analysis. Advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and analysis are also required.
