Job Description

This role involves working as a Data Analytics Specialist with expertise in data science and business intelligence. The successful candidate will collaborate with customers to derive business value from data analytics services.

The ideal candidate will have experience in real-time data capture and analysis, driving data-driven decisions, and desired customer outcomes. They will also be skilled in leading teams through high-impact projects that use the latest data analytics technologies.

This role requires the development and delivery of proof-of-concept projects, technical workshops, and support for complex projects. These professional services engagements will focus on customer solutions such as batch, real-time data capture and analysis, driving data-driven decisions, and desired customer outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to help partners and customers learn and use data analytics services.
  • Deliver technical engagements with partners and customers, including participating in pre-sales visits, understanding customer requirements, creating consulting proposals, and packaged data analytics service offerings.
  • Lead engagements that demonstrate how data analytics services support new distributed computing solutions, often spanning private and public clouds; migrate and modernize existing data applications and develop new data applications using data analytics services.
  • Work with customers and partners to apply Artificial Intelligence to business challenges, designing experiments and exploring new algorithms to optimize risk, profitability, and customer experience using data analytics.
