Emergency Communication Service (ECS) Role

The Director, Operations is a senior leadership position within the ECS department, reporting directly to the Executive Director. This role provides strategic and enterprise-level support to ensure delivery of high-performing emergency communication services.

  • Lead operational support for ECS to ensure effective emergency response functions, aligned with performance standards.

Key Qualifications and Experience
