Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Site Supervisor to lead our concrete jungle in the Northern Territory's outback. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational side of things and ensuring we deliver high-quality products while keeping costs down and safety standards up.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Maintain equipment to ensure it is safe and efficient through regular maintenance.
  2. Comply with operational policies and procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  3. Reduce operational costs without compromising on safety or quality.
  4. Batch perfect concrete orders every time using our automated Command system.
  5. Monitor and maintain HSE, quality and maintenance systems to ensure compliance.
  6. Communicate and comply with all health, safety and environmental requirements.
  7. Support your team and build strong relationships on-site.

Requirements:
  • Manufacturing, mining or production experience is essential, especially in rough environments.
  • Able to find opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs.
  • Great people skills and problem-solving skills to manage a team effectively.
  • Computerised batching system experience is necessary for this role.
  • Licences for forklift, wheel loader and excavator will be advantageous.
