Concrete Site Operations Manager

Lead a team through the highs and lows of running a busy concrete and quarry site in the outback.
Maintain equipment, adhere to procedures, reduce costs, manufacture quality products safely, monitor systems, and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Ensure equipment is safe and efficient through regular maintenance.
- Comply with operational policies and procedures.
- Reduce operational costs without compromising on safety or quality.
- Batch perfect concrete orders using automated systems.
- Monitor and maintain HSE, quality, and maintenance systems.
- Communicate and comply with all health, safety, and environmental requirements.
- Support your team and build relationships on-site.
To succeed, you'll need:
- Manufacturing, mining, or production experience, preferably in challenging environments.
- The ability to identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies.
- Excellent people skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with computerised batching systems.
- Licences for forklifts, wheel loaders, and excavators are advantageous.
We supply over a million cubic metres of premixed concrete annually. Safety is our top priority.
