Technical Support Role Overview

This entry-level position offers an opportunity to join our organization and participate in a structured two-year Graduate Program. The successful candidate will learn, grow, and thrive within a supportive environment.

The role involves managing our service help-desk line, providing technical advice over the phone, and undertaking basic hardware repair in the workshop.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries and provide superior service via the 1800 service help-desk line
  • Offer technical guidance for a range of equipment and products over the phone
  • Develop skills in basic hardware repair in the workshop
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Recent undergraduate degree and enthusiasm for starting a professional career
  • Positive attitude and ability to work across office and workshop environments
  • Good computer literacy with MS Office programs, CRM experience highly regarded
  • Excellent phone manner and understanding of customer service principles
