Job Opportunity
Compliance AnalystWe are seeking a Compliance Analyst to support our organisation in maintaining compliance with Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) laws.
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our risk management framework and policies.
- Conduct thorough Client Due Diligence ('CDD') and risk assessments on new and existing clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to obtain and interpret corporate documents and other client-provided information.
- Analyse Politically Exposed Person ('PEP'), sanctions, and adverse media reports.
- Prior experience in a compliance or risk-related role or at least 2 years' experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Knowledge of AML/CTF regulatory requirements, Client Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Client Due Diligence (ECDD), and undertaking risk assessments is essential.
- Strong research and analytical skills to understand complex ownership structures are required.
- A strong ethical mindset and ability to handle sensitive information is necessary.
