About the Role

As a Telstra Retail Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers in-store. You will work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets, identify customer needs, and offer tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

  • You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, handling multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with telecommunications products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop your knowledge.
  • A drive to exceed sales targets and KPIs, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
